prepared in slightly-, medium- or over-roasted forms using the desired level of
roasting and in the desired category of fully or partly unskinned.
Used in chocolate industry and as snack.
CHOPPED HAZELNUT KERNELS
This is the product that is obtained by cutting the natural or roasted hazelnut
seeds in millimetric sizes (2-4 mm, 3-5 mm, etc.) with proper
techniques. Used in making ice-cream, biscuits , chocolates and pastries.
HAZELNUT MEAL
This is the product that is obtained by grinding natural or roasted hazelnut
seeds with proper techniques. Used in making pastries,
biscuits, ice-cream.
HAZELNUT PASTE
It is a viscose semi-product obtained by crushing roasted hazelnut seeds
(slightly, medium or over-roasted) with proper techniques and used in making
crushed hazelnut. Used in making ice-cream and chocolate.
