Production trials have officially commenced at our new hazelnut cracking facility in Hendek, Sakarya. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, the facility features AI-powered sorting systems capable of detecting and removing foreign materials from hazelnuts with exceptional precision. This advanced process enables the delivery of even more refined raw hazelnuts to the kernel sorting line, further enhancing product quality and food safety.
